These terms govern your use of sourcedpr.com and our digital PR and AI-visibility services.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using sourcedpr.com or engaging Sourced PR's services, you agree to these terms. Sourced PR is operated by Peter Benes, trading as Benes the Menace, and is a service of Attention Optimization.

2. Our services

Sourced PR provides ongoing digital PR and AI-visibility services for food, hospitality, events, and local-marketplace brands, typically delivered as a monthly engagement. Engagements are scoped and priced under a separate written agreement, set up after an initial call.

3. No guarantee of results

We do not guarantee specific results. Earned media coverage, search rankings, and AI citations depend on third parties, including journalists, publications, and the algorithms of search engines and AI platforms, all of which are outside our control and change without notice. We provide professional effort, process, and expertise, not guaranteed placements, rankings, or AI citations. Past results shown on this site or in proposals are illustrative, not promises of future performance.

4. Fees

Engagements are billed under a separate written agreement that will set out scope, fees, and payment terms before work begins. No payment is collected through this website; the contact form is only for scheduling an initial conversation.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Sourced PR retains ownership of its own methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. Deliverables created specifically for a client under a paid engagement are addressed in that engagement's written agreement. The content, design, and branding of sourcedpr.com belong to Sourced PR / Benes the Menace and may not be copied without permission.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site: no attempting to breach security, scrape content at scale, interfere with normal operation, or submit false or fraudulent information through our forms.

7. Third-party links

This site links to third-party websites (publications, partners, glossary sources, and others). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites, and linking to them does not imply endorsement of everything they contain.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

This site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sourced PR and Benes the Menace will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services, including lost profits or lost business opportunities, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from a paid engagement will not exceed the fees paid to us for that engagement.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sourced PR and Benes the Menace harmless from claims arising from your misuse of this site or breach of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Effective date: July 26, 2026.
